All units contain private bathroom facilities and large closets outfitted with closet organizers. Single rooms are equipped with a small sink and counter area large enough to fit a microwave oven, although microwave ovens are not supplied. The couple’s units include a small kitchen area furnished with basic appliances.

Common Areas
Much of the casual social life of the College takes place in the well-appointed common areas. The Fairmont Social Lounge is home to Sunday night movies, as well as the grand piano available to all residents for musical pursuits. The three common kitchens, as well as serving as week-end and mid-day meal preparation areas, are well used for pot-luck dinners. The third floor patio features a gas barbeque and view of the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf Islands, as well as being a prime bald-eagle spotting location.
The College offers a residential lounge, main dining hall, laundry facilities, three common kitchens, music room, a large lecture room, a billiard table lounge, a television/movie room, and several public lounge areas.
